Fedco is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) based in Miami, Florida. It was established on November 1, 2006 by Odelin Fernandez, an outstanding executive presenting an impeccable portfolio of qualification earned during the course of 45 plus years of progressive responsibilities. Particular areas of expertise include international business development and government relations. Odelin Fernandez served three years as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, Signal Corps, which included one tour in Vietnam from 1966-1967.

Fedco is a Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business, certified by the CVE of the Department  of Veterans Affairs. We are also certified as a Small Disadvantage Business (SDB); Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the Miami-Dade County Small Business Development; Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business(SDVOSB) by the Office of Supplier Diversity of the State of Florida, and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and adopted by the Southern Florida Minority Supplier Development Council (SFMSDC).

Fedco was granted a GSA-FSS Contract for Medical Equipment and Supplies 65 II A, contract number V797P-4084b, effective February 15, 2008.

On June 20, 2007, the President of the Unites States of America signed into law Section 8127 and 8128 of the 38 U.S.C. “Small business concern owned and controlled by veterans: contracting goals and Preferences” and Small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans: contracting priority” respectively. The purpose of this law is to provide a special priority procurement preference system to allow the VA to meet its procurement preference goals for Service Disable Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-owned Small Businesses (VOSB).
